If you are not completely satisfied with your order, items in original, unworn condition with hygiene seals intact can be returned for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective hygiene strips remain attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local postal carrier or designated drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
